I have been using bulk supplements for quite a while now. Typically I just purchased off of amazon, but this product in particular was not on there. I set up email notifications to alert me when these were back in stock.
Many months later I finally received the email and quickly purchased a 300 and 100 count pack. I particularly wanted this multivitamin since most others have excessive amounts of everything while this had the right amount. After receiving the vitamins though I was disappointed (see attached photo). This is not the supplement facts that they are advertising. Notice in particular the vitamin D being 450mcg which is 4.5 times the Tolerable Upper Intake Level (absolute maximum you can have safely, daily) from the National Institute of Health. While I understand that most of this will be excreted from the body, this is not what I purchased.
After a couple of emails back and forth, I have set up a return for the 300 count, and am just accepting the loss of 20 dollars on the 100 count (don't feel like dealing with returns of open packages). I have never had issues like this before with bulk supplements and do expect to keep using them in the future, but when they send an item that is not as described in the store page it should be on them to solve the issue like offering to take my open 100 count and fully refunding me there as well.
I love bulk supplements and will continue to use them in the future, but after this they will not be my number 1 go to any longer.
