What is Soy Isoflavone?

Soy isoflavones are polyphenols found primarily in legumes and beans. Soy isoflavones are derived from soy beans. Isoflavones, also known as phytoestrogens, can be found in plants, such as soy, and can mimic estrogen in the human body.
